Located in the heart of the
Poconos on Camelback Mountain, both of these contemporary 3-level corner town homes
offer all the comforts and conveniences imaginable. The scenic location right at
the Village at Camelback offers mountain views as well as easy access to the
activities on Camelback. Both homes are nicely furnished with 3 bedrooms as well
as a fireplace, cable TV's, VCR's, and gas barbeque. Both homes have been
expanded from their original design and have 2 master bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths and
beds for up to 9 persons.
In winter, you need to walk only about 50 yards to the ski slopes.
Camelback now
offers 33 trails for all levels of skier and snowboarder alike, with 2 high speed
quads among 12 lifts in all. In addition, Camelback also has a completely separate snow
tubing area. You can also walk from either house about 100 yards in the opposite direction
to the Village Sport Center which has a modern indoor pool and whirlpool with scenic
outdoor views, as well as both indoor and outdoor tennis courts and a work-out room.
In summer the ski area is transformed into
Camel-Beach which offers all types of
summer fun. There are 7 water slides, a wave pool, bumper boats, a lazy river, and an Olympic size
swimming pool as well as kiddie pools and water play areas. In addition, there is also 2
alpine slides scenic chair lift rides, miniature golf, restaurants on both top and
bottom of the mountain as well as an outdoor bar, barbeques, food and entertainment.
In the immediate vicinity are many fine restaurants, micro-breweries, and night
clubs as well as the Crossings' Factory Outlets,
golf courses,
horseback riding,
river
rafting, hiking. mountain biking, and movie theatres at the
Stroud Mall.
